Ordered $6.00 part end of May and finally received end of June even after paying for "expedited" shipping. It took three emails to get a response to inquiries about order only to be told that they needed my phone number to process order. They had my money and my address, no idea why a phone number is required. I'll never do business with this company again. Amazing that a company that 70% of reviews are bad would request more reviews and do nothing to improve customer service!!
